I think they just locked it because well, Psycho is gone and it wasn't neccesary to have that post.

Yeah. I noticed. Although Frogboy never did say that he was actually gonna ban Bulgaria and that there was no AI improvement for 1.2. He only threatened the ban and implied a slow down in the work for 1.2...I think.

Wade he did imply shuting down Bulgaria or at least Sofia. I didn't see anything about 1.2 myself so I don't know.

I was earlier today til I noticed a possible bug..but I'm not sure. I stabilized everything quite nicely. I was like the Roman Empire surrounded by primitive barbarians. Except one of the opponents was keeping pace quite well. I finally looked in Foreign Stats\Stats\Miscellaneous and foun that it was intelligent and all the others were at fool.

I could swear that I had randomize intelligence unchecked. And even if it was checked...all the others are at fool level?

Well I did some experimenting with new games and things seemed OK. I started playing another game with the same settings.

sounds like that randomizer could do some wierd things.
