No Bulgaria isn't third world it's been working very hard to join NATO and the EU. And if I remember right they got NATO membership along with Czech and Hungary.

well this ate up the saturday AI development, so no AI updates for 1.2 really

frogboy said that on the sdc chat...... .crap, its hard to believe psycho did that. because of him they wont update the ai really because he wasted their time
